Ted has completed five business and educational missions around the world to 74 countries addressing business, government and community organizations and has studied and worked in India, Europe and Indonesia. Ted was a graduate scholar and studied at the New Delhi Graduate School of Economics, graduate research was in Community Development in villages across India and researched the success of projects fielded and staffed by the U.S. Peace Corps and the Ford Foundation.
